Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 12, 2026

At Pink Crossing Life Coaching you're scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To maintain fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies. 

Appointment Cancellations

Clients must provide at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments ("no shows") automaticall forfite the session and are non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened session times. 

Refund Policy

Do to the time reserved, preperation involved, and nature of coaching services:
  • Complete sessions are non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled session is non-refundable
  • Package, prepaid sessions, workshops, classes, and digital product are non-refundable once services have begun or materials have been have been delievered

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued only at the sole discretion of Pink Crossing Life Coaching under exceptional circumstances.

 

Workshops, Classes, and Events

Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Pink Crossing Life Coaching.

If an event is canceled by the company, clients may receive:
  • A refund OR
  • credit toward a future service or event.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Pink Crossing Life Coaching reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services for inappropriate conduct, repeated missed appointments, non-payment, or situations outside the companies scope of practice.
